Has the free version changed?

    Hello,

    I’ve been using the free version for a while now, but had to uninstall it. Now I installed Free Version 3.8.7 and notice that some things are not the same as before.

    The WP header is no longer colored orange.

    It is no longer possible to select directories that should not be included in the staging page.

    Previously, the staging page could only be accessed as an admin with a password.

    Links within the staging page go to the original page and not to the pages in the directory in which the staging page is located.

    Is that really correct?

    Hi @wpapm ,

    We constantly update the plugin to introduce new features, but the features you have mentioned are working as intended. Feel free to check the change logs.

    1. The header should be orange if WP Staging is active on the staging site.
    2. You can still select directories and databases—please share a screenshot if there’s an issue.
    3. Only admins can access the staging site; confirm if WP Staging is active on the staging site.
    4. Activate permalinks on the staging site to fix redirection.
