Why are you asking me to contact you privately? I have correctly posted in the support section but if you are not going to provide any support because you are only focused in the paid version then say so. I see you have been responding to all questions similarly.

Just like a few other plugin authors, we’d like support our users via contact form and email, so we do not need check many pages every day, we helped many users which did not pay one cent to us, and that make support work easier and faster on our side.
