    @hakunder I did not delete your message. Looks like you had posted your question on a existing thread, belonging to other user and a WordPress Org moderator moved your question.

    I’ll ask the same thing I had asked previously, before your message moved.

    Can you please provide as much details as possible about the issues you’re having creating templates? Do you get any errors or warnings? Can you provide screenshots? To be able to help you I’ll need as much details as possible about the issues you’re having.

    If you have any sensitive data that you don’t want to share here through screenshots, you can use the contact form available inside the plugin.

    Thank you for the screenshots. A couple more questions:

    • Can you please tell me what version of the plugin are you running? If you are running a version prior to 1.8.1.2, can you please update and check if the problems persist?
    • Do you get any errors when you click on Save Template?
    • When you try to save a template, and then click Refresh on the Templates dropdown. Do you see the saved template?

    Thank you. You might be having some Javascript issues. Can you pleae enable Javascript debugging to look for issues:

    Please enable this, and then reload the Import hobs page. You should then see any Javascript errors on your browser console. Please take some some screenshots of your browser console, and share it here or through the plugin contact form.
