• The upgrade to 3.0 is not at all easy to work with. I’ve tried it twice and rolled back to 2.9 both times. Searching for another form plug-in with a drag and drop UI. I have used 2.9 for registration for a major conference for two years in a row and I find that sometimes the filled submissions do not transfer through to the submission file. I only find out they have registered when I receive their payment. They can only get to the payment page by submitting the form, so I know that form had to have been successfully submitted.

Have you contacted the Ninja Forms support team about your conversion issue? (https://ninjaforms.com/contact) We will gladly help you get converted to the 3 codebase.
The 2.9.x codebase has been deprecated and is no longer supported.

I contacted them the first time I switched over and was not helped. I think they said something to the effect that their interface was easy to use, implying the issue was mine. I’m not a junior neophyte. I’ve been doing websites for over ten years. I tried again, and it’s really a PITA to get just more than one form field on one line. You have to go into settings, find advanced, write in one-half, or some such and then it came out about one third of the way across the page. I don’t have the time to use property inspector to parse the css. The old interface just let you put one, two or three fields on one line. I will just have to switch to a different plug in. (Sorry for the typos, just annoyed.)
