Has promise but falls short

  • Nice looking plugin but just falls short of being a great plugin, this is based on the premium version.

    The Admin on mobile has bugs, no way to turn off the chat, you have to disable the plugin completely.

    The premium version doesn’t allow you to choose what days the chat will be enabled which is useless when running a business that is open 5 days a week.

    Support is weak, waited a day for a reply then the response was useless.
