• After using this plugin for a year, I can say that it has some nice features, but there are two main support issues that would prevent me from recommending it:
    1) Every time it tries to auto-update, the plugin reverts to the Free version so the update has to be manually downloaded, the plugin has to be deactivated and deleted, and the update has to be installed.
    2) The support team takes days to respond to inquiries on their website and even then, they’re not great at resolving issues.

    If you’re looking for something that works better and has support, I recommend Excel-like Product Manager by Holest.

    @devinmiller-1,

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    With regards to the auto-update failing and reverting the plugin to Lite version, there can be multiple reasons for the same like your site not connected to StoreApps or your license getting expired or your server could be blocking any of the calls to StoreApps.org, etc.

    Secondly, with regards to getting the latest copy of Smart Manager, the support team had already provided you with the version of Smart Manager Pro that was latest as per your license period i.e. Smart Manager v3.17.0 was released on 02/April/2018 and your Smart Manager license expired on 27/March/2018 & hence you are not eligible for the same version. The date in the changelog is in DD/MM/YYYY format.

    Also, you can have a check with the same version svn commit logs here
