Has my website been hacked ??

Hi

I received an email from my word press email account (not sent by me) telling me :

“New user registration on your site The Various Positions:

Username: siajkas

E-mail: deleted

I have checked my website wwww.thevariouspostions.com and it is just a list of code. Has it been hacked ? Also when I try to log into my wordpress account the same code screen comes up i.e. not my screen to access the website.

Any ideas anyone ?
