Has major bug, horrible support

  • Plugin has major bug where you are not able to switch between currencies on mobile devices.

    4 Days waiting for support response.

    -Run away from this plugin!

    Hi there,

    Thank you for sharing. As mentioned in our forum, we double checked and this issue is not reproduceable in a fresh install.

    We run CC tests as well as perform Compatibility testing before each release and while there is always the possibility that something is missed or a previously compatible plugin or theme causes an incompatibility in newer versions, the chances of a major bug like this getting through are very slim.

    I believe the issue is related to your theme and I will follow up with you on the WPML Support Forum ticket.
