Has Location conditional statement is returning true for URL

    since the 5.9.7.5 addition of selecting a URL as a location the {has_location} conditional statement is returning true for both physical and url locations.

    I have started using the {has_event_location_url} placeholder but I need to have the a way to show content only if there is a physical location.
