has failed to upload

Hi there!

Unfortunely I do not know a lot about this way of moving the uploads folder. I think this is no a problem of Real Media Library and this add-on itself because the problem persists if both plugins are deactivated.

Will your plugin work using symbolic directories — not soft links but hard mklink?

I thing this it the problem. I really need this to work for on a share, and somehow your code must be only looking for local directories. https://devtidbits.com/2009/09/07/windows-file-junctions-symbolic-links-and-hard-links/ I have a hard link and it is just not working. (Schade…)

I do not know much about that but I think this is a limitation of WordPress. This plugin (and all other plugins which modify the upload directory) are using the WordPress core filter upload_dir.
