I just checked on my demo site and the shortcode is working normally.

Can you show me a post that has the shortcode inside it?

This page has the shortcode, between the line “Da: Silvio Anselmo, “La sfida della vita”, Edizioni La Parola, 2021.” and the line “[La foto è di Puwadon Sang-ngern]”.
If I put in the same place a shortcode with the ID of an older review, it works!

I don’t understand, is [La foto è di Puwadon Sang-ngern] supposed to be a shortcode?

Immediately above that line, there is this shortcode: [rcno-reviews id=31687] that doesn’t show anything.
The ID 31687 belongs to this review, but it is not shown on the page.

I put the Recencio shortcode using the WPbakery page builder, like I did before.
