Has anyone tried this with WP 3.9?

    Yes, it works. But the plugin can’t search/replace in serialized strings, like in the options table, options for widget. Only the replace functions for different tables and fields in the bottom of the option page is secure. Create a backup before your run the plugin top replace a string.
