• I am banging my head against the wall. We have 2 group email addresses we use with WordPress Sale@ and Info@ so the whole team can be looped in. They send perfectly for orders and info requests but as soon as we install and set up the plugin exactly as outlined the emails no longer deliver. They show in the WP Log but between the log and our gsuite inboxes nothing. I checked the gsuite logs and they are MIA. It is like they got sucked into the vapor. So, has anyone overcome this or found a work around? I already reported this as a big and talked to Google who said it shouldn’t be an issue and to talk to the plugin people, which has gotten me no where. Anyone? We are desperate to improve our deliverability but are stuck!

    I’m sorry for the trouble with this! At this point we’re not sure why Google group emails seem to run into issues, however we have had a couple of other similar reports.

    This is something that our development team is hoping to sort out, though I apologize as I don’t have an ETA to offer for that right now.

    While I definitely understand the limitations, I’d recommend using a regular (non-group) email address to set up SMTP for now.

    And in case it helps as a workaround, I dug around and found this tutorial on how to automatically forward emails to multiple email addresses: https://www.makeuseof.com/tag/how-to-auto-forward-emails-to-multiple-addresses-in-gmail/. I haven’t done a setup like this myself, but t sounds like potentially you could try something along these lines as a workaround to using a group email.

    @jquigam Thank you for your response. This is definitely a huge pain point for several of us business owners that use groups to keep everyone in the loop. I hope you guys can find a solution soon! Please keep me updated! Thanks!
