Has Active subscription and Has Active members Plan not appearing

My client bought the premium and install the plugin required in the download both “if menu” and the plugin “more visible rules” are active and woo-commerce is already setup with subscription and membership and both has 1 active customer that has a membership and subscription, but the “Has Active subscription” and “Has Active members Plan” not appearing on the menu choices under Enable Visibility Rules
