• Hi,

I’m using in multisite and don’t want to create layout over and over.

Just like in Visual Composer, how to use my own design hardcoded as prebuilt layout?
So that when enable the plugin, I already have choices of prebuilt layout.

    Thanks in advance

  • Hi,

    Thank you for your question.

About the prebuilt layout, please use the Section Manage feature to store your layout/sections then use that for other page/post
    Please read more https://docs.kingcomposer.com/sections-manager/

    Hope that make sense.

    Best regards,

I’ve played quite a while with Section Manager.

But it has 2 problems in my case:

    1. When create new website, the Section Manager not available as default. I need to copy-paste my prebuilt layout on KC Sections for another website.

    2. When I need to revise my prebuilt layout on KC Sections for multiple website, I need to login to each website.

    In other words:
I’m looking for snippet for the Section Manager to be hardcoded like Visual Composer.

p/s: What Visual Composer did in prebuilt layout is perfect for managing multiple websites.

    Thank you.

Thanks a lot. Hope it will works with KC Pro too ??

    Good to hear this.
Most good page builder have this feature

    Hi Folks,

After discuss with team, we decide improve the Section Manager feature.
we will allow theme author assign a xml file (Standard xml data of WordPress).
If that fine is assigned, the pre-built layouts will be display on Section Manage first one access it.
They just have a Insert button(or some else meaning), user can not delete or add new layout. How do you think?

We will release that on some days next.

Hope that convenient for your plan.

    Best regards,

    Anthony
