Hard to setup, horrible customer support

I have reached out to iubenda support desk at least 3 times about the same issue, with no response over a 5 month period of time. The plugin is confusing and tricky to set up because you need to watch lots of tutorials, but even then there are missed plugins that do not offer the proper consent.
