Hard to set up, bad support, no refund

I just bought the paid version yesterday. First off, there are plugins that are much easier to setup (take JetPack, for instance). But I thought I might give the plugin a try, and bought the one for $79,- This didn’t add the expected functionality, so I asked a refund the same day. To my surprise this answer came in today:
“We ONLY refund if a paid feature doesn’t work and we can’t fix it. We clearly state it on our Sales page”
So that was another 80 bucks down the drain. Thanks Efficient Scripts support!!!
