• I just bought the paid version yesterday. First off, there are plugins that are much easier to setup (take JetPack, for instance). But I thought I might give the plugin a try, and bought the one for $79,- This didn’t add the expected functionality, so I asked a refund the same day. To my surprise this answer came in today:

“We ONLY refund if a paid feature doesn’t work and we can’t fix it. We clearly state it on our Sales page”

So that was another 80 bucks down the drain. Thanks Efficient Scripts support!!!

Oh I see! You want software for free. You want to get the Enterprise code so you can resell to your clients and PLUS you want a refund. Well I don’t agree.

And yes, I repeat it that we state clearly on our sales page that we refund only if our code is broken. And unfortunately for you we do ONLY code which works.

So go else where and play your victim and leave us providing as much as possible free code for the wordpress ecosystem!!!
