Hard to close chat

I visited your site, and opened the chat box, and the ‘X’ icon did appear in the chat bubble on your site.

May I ask if you are still seeing this issue on your side? If so, are there specific steps which may assist me in reproducing this on my side?

Thank you Dylan. Are you saying that the “X” appears even before clicking on the little chat bubble symbol in the bottom left corner?

To replicate the error, you’ll want to visit this url: mcatselfprep.com and wait 30 seconds for the entire chat window to pop up. It should look like this if you simply wait without clicking on anything: https://imgur.com/HEj27x3

I visited the site and noticed that you are using a trigger to open this hovercard.

We do believe this is a bug in the system, however the trigger system is a Pro feature.
