Hard Reset wordpress [INCLUDING FILES] and restore only uploads. (Not working)

I used the plugin wordpress-reset to reset my wordpress website.
The reset was apparently successful but on browsing files using filezilla, the upload folder still has the images I had earlier.

Now I cannot even restored my media as the media files already exists in the folder.

Restoring files using other plugins also not working.

What irritates me more is, despite images being there in upload folder, I cannot see them in ‘Media’ while accessing through https://www.mydomain.com/wp-admin.

I want to hard reset my wordpress (Totally as it was before) and do backup only of the media(uploads). HELP!
