Hard Deleting From The Membership List

If you are comfortable with code, you could create a function in your active theme’s functions.php file or a custom plugin as described here https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/2012/08/create-a-plugin-for-pmpro-customizations/ to detect duplicate entries and then remove them by using

pmpro_changeMembershipLevel(0, $user_id);
