[BUG] Hard-coded DB table names, got SQL errors

Hi
I have SQL errors related to queries on non-existing tables such as wp_posts. Our tables are prefixed by cf_, not wp_ but in some functions, the table names such as wp_posts are hard coded, instead of using $wpdb->prefix .
Can you please fix this ?
