    Hi,

Please go into your site’s file manager via cpanel or ftp and rename the extensions to deactivate them. Then make sure UM core is activated before reactivating the extensions. Please give that a try.

    Thanks

    You’re welcome.

Hi, I’m having the same problemI have access to the file manager in my cpanel, but I don’t know what you mean by renaming the extensions.

    Can you help?

    Thanks!

Ok when you look at the files for your site you should see wp-content > plugins > then the names of the UM extensions. What you need to do is change the name of the UM extensions e.g add a 1 at the end of the plugin name. That will disable them. You can then delete them from plugin list and download the latest version of the plugin from the my downloads page on our site. We made a change to prevent lockout when UM core is not active.

Please try that and let us know how you get on.

    That worked! Thanks a million.
