Happy with this live chat solution for desktop/mobile!

WP Live Chat Support is working great for me. I found that a lot of the analytics features I was using with Intercom were overlapping with my Google Analytics, and I felt like I was throwing money away, so I bought this and set it up.

It’s a really great deal for how much customization and functionality is available in the plugin and extensions. I’ve got it linked to my phone so I can take messages anywhere. Works flawlessly. The file upload is a nice touch.

Their support are very helpful and responsive. Jarek got back to me in the wee hours of the morning when I like to work.

Downsides? So far, maybe just keeping track of visitors isn’t as fleshed out as Intercom, but that’s a feature these guys are working on. Otherwise, not much!
