I’m sorry you had a rough experience.
I do accept that, at times, we make mistakes: however we genuinely strive hard to produce reliable, high quality releases and we invest a great deal of time and money and our quality assurance processes.
After each update of the plugin something in our Homepage does not work properly anymore.
I’m sorry to hear it … can I ask if you shared any notes on this? I don’t immediately see anything you posted relating to this problem here on the www.remarpro.com forums, though perhaps I’m missing something or perhaps you reached out via our premium support Help Desk.
Ultimately: we’d love to look into this some more and if you did create a support ticket where we failed to get to the bottom of things, we’d love to look into what went wrong on that level.
To summarize: we want to help and, more than that, we want to improve how we help, but for this to happen we are going to have to prevail on you and our other users to provide us with the right sort of feedback. This review is great and we appreciate you sharing it, but it would be so much more useful with just a little more information ??
