Only AFTER I auto-paid for my annual account did I decide I wanted to upgrade to a higher package. I encountered a difficult upgrade path and spoke with several support people (in Chat). Finally, Diana was able to solve the upgrade issue. The cool thing about Diana’s involvement is it was unsolicited. I thought the upgrade was not going to happen until my next renewal date but to my surprise, Diana’s help was waiting in the Chat window the day after I considered it over!
