Hands down best support

I have used Searchandise for the past year and we have a headless setup between Big Commerce and WordPress. Most search companies flat-out refuse to even look at our setup and say they can’t help or are interested. Over the past year we have had 2x major issues due to our headless setup (nothing to do with Searchandise) and both times Searchandise have listened and come back with a solution. I generally thought everytime I emailed they would just be like every other company and say we can’t help but not the case at all. I really can’t stress enough if you are looking for a reliable search partner at a good price Searchandise is the way to go.
