    Hi,
the Handpicked Products Block doesn’t work. Here https://youtu.be/lA7YicwV3Nc you can see a video about the problem: every time I look for a product in the search field the number of products returns to 11.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I have been unable to reproduce the issue you described. Can you go into more detail about your setup? Is this a block that’s been published on a page already, and that you are trying to edit? Or is this a block that you are trying to publish for the first time?

In the most recent version of WooCommerce Blocks, there’s a fix for an issue that was affecting Handpicked Products:

Fix Products by Tag, Products by Attribute and Handpicked products blocks showing an invalid attributes error. #1254

It doesn’t sound like the same thing, but just to be safe, can you update to the latest version and test again?

Thank you for your reply Fernando.
It happens both with pages already published and with pages not yet published.
I use Genesis framework with a child theme designed by me.
the plugin is already the latest version: 2.5.2
What type of info about setup do you need? Thanks.

It would help to get more details about how to reproduce the issue. What you described sound oddly specific (“the number of products returns to 11”) – so I’m wondering what steps should we take if we were trying to reproduce the same behavior on a site of our own.

Issues like this can often be caused by conflicts with your theme or other plugins. So, it’s always a good step to check against first.

    Here’s what I’d suggest:

    1. Switch the theme of your website to the free Storefront theme.

    2. Deactivate all the plugins except for WooCommerce and WooCommerce Blocks, then check if the issue persists. If the problem is resolved then please move on to the next step.

    3. Activate features one by one while testing for the issue, until you find the one that is causing this behavior.

We recommend that these steps are taken on a staging site, which is a clone of your live site that you can modify without risking making any permanent damage to your live site. You can create it using a plugin like WP-Staging. This plugin lets you copy and redeploy a WordPress site with minimal work.

As we’ve not heard back from you with regards to Fernandos questions we’ll set this topic to be resolved for the time being!

I am having the same issue! As soon as I add the 12-th product, it removes one product. I get an error in the editor: (Why does it say products limit=”8″ ?)
