The fact that WP-Lister does not support Amazon handmade has nothing to do with popularity at this time.
Last we heard, Amazon said they don’t allow uploads to the handmade API. As far as I know that is still the case. If this is no longer the case, and you can provide us with some documentation regarding uploading products to Amazon handmade via their API, I could send it over to our developers to take a look at. But as far as we know currently, you cannot use the API to upload items to the handmade section of Amazon at this time.
