As a WordPress-User for a very long time I started trying Jetpack CRM.
What I need: My quotes looks similar to the invoices, with same fields and table. Is this possible? And if the customer confirms his order a order confirmation should be generated. Similar form like the quote. After delivery the customer get his invoice. Even the invoice looks similar to the order confirmation. For practical reasons it is important to continue the quota to order confirmation to invoice. Some without changes, some with changes.

Often invoices (or quotas) are similat to existing one. So I would like to duplicate it and then change the different positions or different customer data.

Are my wishes to far from jetpack CRM or is there a way to realize this?

    Hi there, @ralphgl,

While reading your request, I wonder if you have considered trying out WooCommerce to manage quotes, orders, and invoices.

Jetpack CRM doesn’t offer any order creations; therefore, converting quotes to order confirmations or invoices would rely on a manual action to duplicate existing documents to save time when creating new ones with similar details.

If that isn’t an issue for you, then you can create your quotes using the quote feature in Jetpack CRM, and then – as mentioned – manually convert that into a document that resambles an order.

After the order is delivered, you can manually create an invoice based on the order confirmation. To make this process easier, you can duplicate an existing invoice (or quote) with similar details and then make necessary changes like different positions or customer data.

In a nutshell, while I would recommend our CRM for handling quotes and invoices, the best option for you if you also need to handle orders would be WooCommerce – which syncs data with Jetpack CRM.

Hope that’s all clear and helps!
