    Hi Franky,

I have a question about how to handle multibooking events.

If I have – for example – children holiday weeks which take place in 5 single weeks during the summer and parents may book one to n of these weeks.

If for example two weeks are booked (through choosing 1 seat for the weeks to be booked and 0 seats for the remaining three weeks) EME produces 5 single records.

    a) My first question: Shall I confirm the two weeks which have been booked (so the confirmation mail is sent off) and deny the other three records (the three records with 0 seats chosen), without an E-mail being sent off to the booking person? Or would it be better to confirm the the three latter e-mails, always not sending off an e-mail to the booking person?

    b) Would it also be possible to produce only the records with at least >0 seats? This would make it easier, as there wouldn’t be any 0-seat-booking to be confirmed and also the csv-file would not contain these non existing bookings.

    Thank You

    Best Regards

    S
