    Hello,
I’m using this excellent plugin with the following settings:

and I now have added this Ajax translation dropdown plugin that displays the same way as in this demo here except that I’m using a hook that inserts div id="translator_desktop"></div after the primary menu.

It works fine for a while but after a couple of hours the dropdown disappears from some random pages – until I purge the cache and then it re-appears for a while.

Is there a way to avoid this from happening or to exclude this dropdown from cache?

    Many thanks!

PS: I can’t post a link here but can send it by email if needed.

    Hello @dsl225

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assit you with this.

It would be great if you could share the example of the URL on which this issue occurs.
Since the issue is on random pages, it’s difficult to troubleshoot, however, on thing that you may want to check is if you are using any other optimization plugin. Like for example some other plugin to minify and optimize static assets.
Also, please check if you have another layer of caching like some server side caching or simmilar.

If you cannot sent the URL here, you can contact us direcly via the plugin in Performance>Support>Bug report.

    Thanks!

    Many thanks for your feedback.
There is no other optimization plugin active.
I didn’t know you have a support link via the plugin, that’s great!
