Handle Quota Exceeded + Offer a way to hide the error message

Hi,

I have 2 problems :

1) It seems like Amazon SES Quota Exceeded isn’t managed. Maybe a way around this would be to queue excess of emails and send them slowly through WP cron or similar

2) Totally plugin related : when the quota is reached, a totally ugly message is displayed on the page:

Error: Array ( [curl] => [Error] => Array ( [Type] => Sender [Code] => Throttling [Message] => Daily message quota exceeded. ) [RequestId] => XXX-XXX-XXX-XXX-XXX )

This is really horrible for the average Joe user (looks like “sh*t I broke the internet”). I’m not too sure it can really help find out the problem either. It would be nice to either have a more user friendly error message or a configurable error message.
