    Hi there,

    How is “Handle missing products” supposed to work? It says “Products not found in Square will be hidden in the WooCommerce product catalog.” (Square set as system of record). However, after a sync, or even an “Import all…” the products that are no longer in Square (either archived or deleted) are still showing in Woocommerce. They are set to published, they are set to show in catalogue.

    Perhaps there’s something that I’m missing.

    It seems like the sync hasn’t fully completed yet. Depending on the number of products you have, it could take a while for the changes to fully propagate.

    To troubleshoot the issue further, I suggest you start by disconnecting your Square account and reconnecting it. After that, try increasing the PHP time limit and the post max size. Finally, try syncing the catalogue manually to see how it performs.

    If this makes no difference, please can you share a copy of the following:

    • System Status Report: Navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get System Report and then Download for Support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs. (make sure you’ve enabled debug log in the Square Settings)
