Please, try a plugin conflict test. Temporarily deactivate all plugins at once, test the mobile menu, does the issue persist? If the issue doesn’t persist, reactivate your plugins one by one, checking to see if the menu has broken after each activation. When the menu breaks again, you’d have found the conflicting plugin.

If the issue does not resolve after deactivating all plugins then it isn’t a plugin conflict and you can step the second part of the above test.

If using a caching plugin, clear the cache before deactivation.

The entire theme JavaScript file is missing, I can’t see where it is being loaded. Do you know why this would be the case? If the theme has been modified then it would be best to temporarily switch to another theme, delete Polestar and then reinstall it.

Without the theme’s JavaScript file, menu drop-downs, the back to top button and many other features won’t be able to function.

Has the theme been modified or did a performance plugin combine JavaScript files into one?
