Hamburger menu stopped working on mobile

The hamburger menu became noninteractive on mobile after I installed and ran the setup for the wp rocket plugin. It seems to have broken something deep in the code because I even created a new navigation menu in Elementor, and that doesn’t work on mobile either. I have been trying to fix it for 3 days and am losing my mind. Can anyone help me override this with some CSS code or something?
