My website is https://www.sheyvr.com. When operated on mobile the hamburger menu doesn’t work.
The hamburger menu of my website is not working when operated on mobile. Whenever clicked it shows nothing and the url turns to – https://www.sheyvr.com/# .

Also i want to know how to keep the desktop version as the mobile version. Currently its the same but changes to a different version sometimes.

  • Your hamburgermenu works fine with Chrome for Android.

Since you’re using a commercial theme we recommend you go to their official support channel so you can get support from the people who know it best.

Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products so they would not know about the theme functionality or configuration. The vendors are the best resource for support of commercial products.

Clear the cache in your mobile browser. Mobile browsers will cache content and some make it tougher to figure that out. Contact the mobile browser provider for detailed instructions on how to do so.

I see that it works fine on the front page, but not on the sub pages. The error in the console says base-public.min.js?ver=07078a9…:1 Uncaught ReferenceError: wptouchMain is not defined.

So as said by the mod, you should contact the theme suplier (and close this thread).
