    Hi,
I have a menu on my site (sure, who doesn’t ;-)). It works on Desktop, but on mobile I can’t even open it. If I deactivate Accelerator the menu is working fine.
Can you help me find the issue? I am completely helpless on how to find it.

PS: Using a Desktop, using a minimal view, the menu works. Its only not working on my iPhone with Chrome or Safari.

    Regards
    Georg

The issue was in ‘cookiebot’. We have added it to ‘Critical Special’ scripts settings.

It would be helpful if you could explain a bit more detailed what to do exactly to fix this issue. I don’t see any mentions of cookiebot in the critical special settings..?

I have the same Problem as Georg: the Hamburger menu works fine on Desktop, even when using a minimal view. But when I tap on it on mobile (iPhone, iPad and Android Device in Safari and Chrome) it doesn′t open.

When I deactivate Accelerator the menu is working fine again on both desktop and mobile.

I have two websites with that issue:

    Hi.

In the last case the reason is different. We have confirmed the issue, investigating…

    (@timbovienna)

maybe that’s because just now I have been trying to investigate myself, and therefor have been clearing the caches several times and turned Accelerator on and off…

But I’ll leave the plugin alone now and won’t change anything as long as you are investigating.

    Thanks in advance

    Pls, add this

    src:@/dist/script-modules/@

to JS exclusions here https://www.s-sols.com/docs/wordpress/accelerator/settings-accel/settings-scripts-accel#non_critical, and update the cache.

Thanks you, that fixed it on both of my websites.

Thanks for the super quick help, on a Saturday..!!!
