Hamburger Menu not Working

Hello there,
if you visit the site https://adsozial.de through mobile you can see that hamburger menu doesn’t work. However it will work once you scroll a bit. But again if you scroll to top, it doesnt work anymore.
Is there any javascript issue? How can i solve it?
