Hamburger Menu Not Opening On Mobile

Hello, I have recently discovered my hamburger menu does not “drop down” to show menu items for mobile users. It all shows correct in customizer, however, in real life when you click the hamburger, it just shows an X. I have deactivated, refreshed and reactivated all plugins to no avail.

At the same time of this discovery, my full width image on my home page no longer shows full width on any browser. I have not changed anything about this image so there’s no reason it should be showing a “contained” style image.

Any help or guidance greatly appreciated.
