    Upon further testing, this looks like an issue with firefox and chrome on desktop.

    Hi Mike,

    Looks like the JS isn’t executing, so there’s no callback to open the menu on the click event.

    Try disabling Rocketscript in Cloudflare. That tends to break JS on a lot of sites.

    Hi Chris – Thanks a lot but for some reason this problem fixed itself on its own. Any idea how/why this would happen (so I can prevent the outage in the future)?

    Hi Mike,

    Yeah ShiftNav won’t spontaneously change. But other things like your cache or CDN or other JS or CSS on your site can change over time. I’m guessing something was perhaps miscached and just needed to clear. Unfortunately there’s no way to tell what went wrong retroactively just by looking at the site, though.
