Hamburger menu disapears when tablet turned horizontal

Hello,

My desktop menu appears fine on a desktop, and the hamburger menu appears fine on a tablet. However, when the tablet is flipped horizontal, the hamburger menu disappears, and the desktop navigation menu is shown, but without the white header background, so the navigation text is overlayed on the header image. I am using the default Elementor breakpoints (mobile:767, tablet:1024).

How do I either:

1) Keep the mobile (hamburger) menu when the tablet is flipped horizontal, or
2) Make the desktop navigation menu appear properly (with it’s white header background)
