Hamburg menu no appearing on mobiles

Hi I am having an issue with my website WRT to the hamburger menu. If I view the page in a reduced size window it works but on a mobile it will not display I found Hamburger Menu on Mobile not Showing | www.remarpro.com – but that does not seem to solve the issue, even adding excludes everywhere I can think of in lite speed. It does seem lite speed related, as when deactivate the plugin the menu works. However my site is on a shared hoster, and does need the cache, so that is not a solution. Any ideas?
