Half the widget page not showing

Half of my widget page isn’t showing. It’s showing available widgets down to Google Analytics, but nothing else and it’s not showing any of the widgets I’m using either so I can’t edit any of them.
If I try managing in customizer it shows up with this:

It’s happening on two installs of wp – https://queerlittlefamily.co.uk and https://scruffy-dcuck.netAny ideas.
