half stars in input field and hyperlinks

Hey, let me start by reporting that I am very satisfied with the plugin! Thank you! I was just wondering if the following two things are possible. 1: it would be useful for my site to give eg 3.5 or similar (so per half star) score. My goal is to create a kind of metacritic.com site where I have to copy scores from other sites. These are often at 10 points. For example, if they score 7 points, I now have to choose between 3 or 4 stars and that does not give a correct end result. I would also love it if I can add a hyperlink to the site in question, which I think is not an option now. I can paste them in the review but then they are not clickable. (and I can’t use custom HTML I think wright? Maybe I ask too much. But thanks anyways!
