Had plugin – not on your server – when deactivating, website is blank

    I have had the free SG optimizer plugin for some years now and never updated it.

    This was before you switched to hosting I guess. Today I deactivated it to trouble shoot, and my website went blank.

    When re-activating, I get an error saying “The SG Optimizer plugin is designed to work only on SiteGround Servers. We’ve deactivated it because it may render your site blank if used on another environment.”

    However, the pages are all blank! I guess I was “grandfathered” into your server?
    I dont know what to do.

    Our plugin is designed to work on SiteGround servers only.

    A lot of the functionalities won’t work on another hosting platform, so it’s not recommended to use it if you are not hosted on SiteGround.
