Hackers LOVE this plugin

  • I have twice now been hacked on a site that I have taken great pains to avoid, however, after the 2nd time, I have decided to eliminate the use of this. Although the concept is good, it seems that this particular item is drawing hackers like a magnet. I don’t know if anyone else has seen or experienced this, but hope that this can be overcome and fixed with another option that will allow us to hide our pages. I have been unable to implement CAPTCHA as well and unsure if this is a plugin problem or a problem with my theme.

    I loved the plugin… but can’t risk a client’s site until this is fixed.

  • I disagree that hackers love TML. To the contrary, its security features significantly reduce the risk that a hacker will be able to gain unauthorized admin system access. I have TML installed at several very active sites that are attacked by hackers and their bots 24/7. There has never been a successful unauthorized access.

    I think it is likely that your site has some other vulnerability.
