Hacker Redirect

  • I have been hacked and my site is redirected to fitnes-net.ru. My host removed the hacks, however, before I could change passwords and disable plug ins, the hacker hit again and same redirect. I can’t log into my site with this crazy hack… How do I get rid of it without having my site “cleaned” and “hardened” for $350?

    they are very good at what they do and in the end, paying someone who knows what they are doing will save you from lots of frustration.

    They hardly hardened your site if the old passwords were left intact. Any recovery flack knows that’s the first thing to change before doing anything. They owe you a re-do or refund.

    $350 is a lot depending on what is done. It is a lot for what I’d consider basic hardening– changing passwords, checking permissions, things like that. If they are really digging into server configuration and doing code analysis, maybe. At any rate, they better be doing more than I can do an hour.
