Hacker has taken control of WordFence

My site has been compromised and while trying to secure it I installed WordFence. Unfortunately somehow the hacker still has a back door access somehow and has now used WorkFence against me preventing me from gaining access to WordPress.

However I have FTP access.

So I intend to renbuild the site from scratch but this time with the right security up front.

Using FTP, how can I disable or remove WordFence so that I can log in again?
