Hacked with Cialis and Viagra in background of source code

My site has been hacked. I was able to find the ‘extra’ administrator and remove him/her. Now I am left with the task of trying to remove the malicious code that is now plaguing my site. Fantasybaseballgeeks.com is my site and if you check the source code, you will see the mass amounts of cialis and viagra that is placed there. I searched everywhere and can not seem to find where it is coming from. I would even go back and remove them on each post if I knew how. I do not have or can not find a .htaccess file, believe me I have looked. My page rank went from #2 to nowhere to be found due my keywords being taken over by cialis, viagra, and prescription! Please help, I am not a programmer, but know how to at least get to mysql database and see my files.

I run a fantasy baseball site and the thought of ‘starting over’ as the season is just underway is keeping me up at night…

I have read all of the ‘my site got hacked’ forum posts, so I was hoping for some straight talk from you experts.
