hacked site, now randomness in various places

i’ve have a couple of my wordpress sites hacked in the past. now i believe to have them somewhat locked down for the moment, now I see various issues in and around the site.

one example is when i am in the admin for the website and just looking at the wordpress blod posts in the admin window. and example of the most recent one is:
